I’m not usually someone who writes reviews, but my overall fantastic visit to Relaxation Oasis today deserved to be noted!

One of my providers suggested I get a massage, and I was able to get in extremely quickly this afternoon after calling. I truly loved how customizable the massage options were, particularly the hot stones! They have a ton of aromatherapy options to choose from. I enjoyed the lemon water in the waiting area, and I could tell they made the most of the space.

When I arrived, the receptionist was very friendly. She answered my questions and got me sorted right away. I had a 45-minute massage with Sophia, and it was incredible. She was very accommodating and receptive to my feedback.

The only part of my experience I didn’t enjoy was how I was treated after being asked if I wanted to provide something for gratuity. When the receptionist asked me, I looked through my wallet and felt terrible that I didn’t have any cash to give. The receptionist’s face fell and her demeanor changed from warm to being a bit cold. I left feeling somewhat uncomfortable. I absolutely would’ve given some cash if I’d had any. This one moment wasn’t enough to lower my rating, though, because I understood the disappointment.

Overall, the price for my massage was great, and I can definitely see myself coming back for another massage. It was definitely what I needed to relax!

Great! They were booked upstairs so I did some investigation into floating! Well I'd definitely recommend floating. They were able to give me a tour and squeeze me in immediately then right into a massage. The therapist found all the areas that were problematic and she wasn't afraid to use her skills on the knots! This establishment is highly professional and well kept! They have beverages and different scents you can add to your float! I'd recommend the enclosed float personally!

I’ve had a handful of massages over the years at different establishments with dissatisfactory results. I recently had my first visit to Relaxation Oasis and my mind was blown. I had the pleasure of being serviced by Wendy, who was able to remove kinks and pains I’ve had for years, some even a decade plus.

Early in the session she was sure to ask every so often if the pressure she was applying was appropriate, especially when she was working on knots that were particularly tight. After a few inquiries, she noticed my pain tolerance was fairly high, then proceeding to not ask anymore, allowing me to fully submerge into her work.

My right side had been much tighter than my left, which I stated before the session, specifically my lower back, shoulder and neck. She gave those areas extra care, doubling and even tripling back on some parts.

By the time the session was over, 90 minutes felt like 20 and I left feeling like a new man. I strongly recommend their services, and Wendy in particular. I will be stopping in to see her again in the future.

I had an AMAZING 30 minute deep tissue massage with Sophia! I went for upper back/neck/shoulder pain and she checked in with pressure when appropriate and it was painful but in the best needed way! I feel like I got exactly what I needed/hoped for. I booked my next massage already! Environment was also nice and clean, everyone was friendly, clearly listed prices and services, easy to find!

One of the best prenatal massages ever! When I went in I also had really bad sciatica pain & plantar facsis…after I left it was literally HEALED! I was in so much pain before and now I’m in my 3rd trimester with no pain! It was very relaxing & kid u not, AFFORDABLE! love it! Will be coming back for a post partum massage!

Always very happy. Clean and comfortable atmosphere. Polite and friendly service. Mimi is the best. Very professional. Very knowledgeable in massage therapy. I have been to many spas and massage therapists, this place by far is the best. Also, give float oasis a try, fun and relaxing.

This place has changed DRASTICALLY, from prices to customer service. I have been a customer for 3 years straight and as of today 6/28/24 I have been intentionally hung up on by the supervisor three separate times!!!! The lack of listening skill, patience, and customer loyalty aptitude is over the top. I missed one last minute appointment in April and without knowing there has been a PREPAYMENT & 20% gratitude added to my account for that reason. While trying to express how steep that was for a loyal customer, I was overtalked multiple times until I was eventually flat out hung up on. I was not obnoxious or anything expressing my case as a loyal customer while this was happening. And so when I spoke up on being cut off mid sentence, this "supervisor" continued her spill over mine. At this time she had not said she was the supervisor (lie I'm sure) until I called back a 3rd time by a different number and calmly asked for a supervisor. She stated she wasss the supervisor and that she'd be "happy" to talk to me and then immediately hung up!!!!!! $120 for an hour massage get OUT OF HERE!!!
I HOPE ANY BUSINESS THEY LOSE SHOWS THEM THAT CUSTOMER APPROACH MAINTAINS TRUST AND LOYALTY. I was still willing to come with the raised prices until NOW!!!

I have been coming here for a few years now. Great massages for a very reasonable rate. The facility is very clean and without unnecessary extras that drive up costs. The little green candies on the way out are the best. Highly recommended.
