My daughter and I had appointments a few days ago. I wanted to wait a few days before reviewing to reflect on my visit. I feel absolutely wonderful which is definitely partially due to the reflexology received. Little aches and pains have subsided. My daughter is also mentioning her session days later… she’s sometimes underwhelmed by treatments so this is a major compliment.
I felt welcome from the moment I stepped over the threshold. There was a genuine blend of kindness mixed with professionalism. Also, the space is warm, inviting and soothing. I could have easily fallen asleep. This being Manhattan, I appreciate how the space is used and how clean it felt. The customer care is stellar. The reflexologists are knowledgeable and welcomed questions. I look forward to returning soon.
Oh and a little fun tidbit, they’re located on the same block as a popular brownstone tourist attraction.

This place makes clients book appointments over the phone, which is fine. But they take your credit card information and don’t tell you why or what the cancellation policy is. I never received a confirmation of my appointment, no text phone call or email days leading up to my appointment. I actually had to call them the morning of my appointment because I hadn’t heard from them and I have no idea what their cancellation policy is. The woman who treated me was named Megan and she was by far the worst massage therapist to get. I paid $141 to have Megan lightly apply lotion to my feet for a hour while I sat in a dirty chair with questionably clean towels and blankets on me. I was able to see the customer sitting in the other chair, I could see his feet (gross). But the other massage therapist was actually putting in effort and skill into the treatment she was giving. Meanwhile my massage therapist is staring off in space paying no attention. When I told her after a half hour of nonsense that the pressure was extremely weak she applied more pressure but not in a way that showed any skills. I’ve had reflexology before and typically pressure points are used, this was like a basic massage at a typical nail salon. But at least in a typical nail salon they use white towels so you know they’re clean and chairs are upholstered in cleanable materials. Most importantly they did not ask me a single medical question and I never signed any release forms. They’re going to really hurt someone one of these days either with a massage on an unhealthy client or through spreading fungal infections from everyone’s feet because this is not a clean environment. This business lacks professionalism (no confirmation, no release forms and no agreement on policies) and is fraudulent (unskilled staff, not specialist or experts as the business markets itself as having).

This place is amazing. I discovered it through word of mouth and after one visit I was hooked. Every trip I take to NYC must now include a visit to Perry Street for an hour long session. It’s so relaxing and therapeutic. The therapists are very skilled and provide a lot of helpful information after your session. The front desk is quick to answer all your questions and adjust appointments when needed and I love that I can email them to schedule my appointments. They prefer cash or check but you can tip the therapists directly through Venmo. Highly recommend this oasis of calm and tranquility.

The foot massages are so incredible here! You will leave her feeling so much better, so nurtured and relaxed. If you get on their mailing list they will alert you when they’re running specials. I love to give (and get) gift certificates. It’s also a fun thing to do with your spouse or a friend. The practitioners are truly excellent.

Heavenly experience! Cozy spot (2 chairs) on cute, quiet street in West Village. I cannot think of a more pleasant way to spend an hour. I was given a gift certificate by a very thoughtful friend, and the only problem is that now I want to go all the time.
Comfortable chairs, ginger tea, quiet atmosphere and wonderfully skilled reflexologists. Love love love this place.
