I wish I had read the reviews of this salon and the owner before booking based on a friend’s recommendation on IG. What everyone else is saying is so true. The owner is rude and disrespectful. She ran 2 hours late and then gaslit me, saying it’s the weekend and the holidays, but this seems like it’s a common occurrence there at other times. I drove 30 miles and booked the appointment with her and waited 2 hours to be seen, just for her to later tell me she didn’t have time to see me. She delegates the work to a junior stylist who keeps asking her about the color. What I book and what I end up getting is totally different yet she charges me $255 for a root touch up/toner and $75 to blow dry my hair. Never have I been to salon that charges this amount for blow drying a color service. Anyway, when I try to dispute the pricing as it’s different on her booking app, she insults me saying if I can’t afford her prices, don’t go there and I need to work on my attitude. Excuse me? You don’t have any professionalism or class and it’s apparent. You don’t know how to schedule your appointments or run on time. She overcharges for work that is just ok. You’re in a strip mall in lawnceville with no customer service. You can’t expect to charge buckhead prices. I don't recommend at all. So pretentious for nothing.

Do you think this Hair Salon is expensive? Let me show you the results of my hair after trying to find something cheaper! I went to other place just to get a hair cut, the girl told me I had some grey hair and proposed me to cover it, I told her I had a balagaye and I didn’t want to messed up the color, she said she knowed the technique so I believed her, The results were awful as you can see in the picture!

I thought nobody could fix it but I went to Paola Villa’s Saloon and Naty García helped me a lot! She was very honest with me and she said she couldn’t do the balagaye cause that would damage my hair even more, but she would try to do a color correction to fix it. The results amazed me! She not just fixed the awful color that I had but she made my hair looks like if I had a balagaye without even fading my hair!

Complete in love with the results and with a great lesson learned! Lo barato sale caro! Thank you Naty you are very professional, you saved my hair!

Came in here for a haircut and a blow dry. Great service and my hair cut came out great and so did my blow out. However never in my life have I had to pay $90 dollar for someone to literally just dry your hair that price is ridiculous. At least tell the customer how much it is Literally paid 160 for a freakin hair cut and for someone to dry my hair.

Amazing! I am very picky about my hair and I’ve been in the search for a while of a salon of professionals, I found this hair salon online and did some research and decided to give it a try, it was a great decision! One thing I loved is that before doing anything, the evaluate your hair and what you want and tell you straight forward how much it will be. The attention is amazing, everybody is nice, the owner Paola es una divina, she’s on top of all her stylists making sure everything is going the way it should, my stylist was victor and he’s the top! He was amazing, incredibly dedicated, patient and he has an amazing energy! I loved the results and besides recommending them, I will definitely be back! Great job guys, happy client over here!

I am Canadian and went to get my hair done while I was on vacation in Atlanta last month. Chose the place randomly from pictures I saw online. Paola and her team really make you feel comfortable and take the time to evaluate what’s best for you. I was offered water, coffee, tea or WINE! Josseline was so professional and sweet, she did an amazing job! It was a long process because I was getting highlights (2 blond shades), treatment, haircut and styling. First time I get so much positive feedback on my hair. Don’t hesitate to visit them, you won’t be disappointed. Hablan español también !! ?

I recommend this place. My experience was great. Paola and her team are professional people who know what they are doing and use top quality products. I arrived with a disaster in my hair because another hairdresser did a bad job for me. Naty took responsibility for fixing my hair. She was very careful and dedicated so that we got the dream result. Horrible experience. PLEASE READ ALL THE 1 Stars reviews below. So many!!!!!! Horrible experience, SUPER EXPENSIVE AND DOESNT DO A GOID JOB.

Here is my experience with Paola: I have been getting my highlights done for 30 years and HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCED, unfortunately I moved to a new city and found Paola Hair salon online and thought I’d give it a try. So let me share my terrible experience with this lady:

I told Paola that I only wanted highlights and showed her some pics of the beautiful job other previous hair stylists had done with my hair. Everything started after she put all the products in my hair and for some reason she wasn’t getting the right color and asked me if I had colored my roots and other areas of my hair (odd question to me!!! But I told her No, and that was 100% my natural color and just the highlights that were obviously lighter).

In 30 years no hair stylist ever asked me that and everyone always had their own technique to accomplish the color I wanted for my highlights.

HOWEVER: SHE KEPT SAYING: DON’T LIE TO ME, tell me the truth (so many times that it really ruined my day and I felt so uncomfortable). I told her how uncomfortable and disrespectful that was and offered her to pay for their time but I just wanted to leave. She insisted that I stayed and that she would do the best. I honestly wanted to leave but she had all these products already in my hair that I didn’t even know if leaving would make sense at that point.

At the end she apologized but honestly I didn’t even care. I knew I would never ever come back even though she offered me to come back so she could fix the mess she had done in my hair. I did say: everything looks ok (wanted to get out of there ASAP) and left after paying $240!!!!! She also charged me like $40 for some stupid product that I didn’t even asked fo. My Hair has never been so dry and the color is horrible (see pics with a lot of roots and orange!!!). I already made an appointment with someone else to fix it. I have never paid more than $170 for my highlights and almost always got a pretty job. (See pictures from my previous hair stylist). Paola left me with horrible orange color everywhere and is so visible that I have to wear a pony tail and hats all the time now.

But even worse was the experience and her calling me a liar. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Where did she learn coloring ?
