I thought this mall was great and very enjoyable. Yes there are some closed shops but it isn't at all what other reviewers are making it out to be. There were great deals at Maurice's. $5 tops and 75% off quite a large number of clothes including jeans. There are some very unique stores here. Autographed movie gifts by celebrities, miniature custom statues of you and your pets and family, cinnamon pretzels, ugly Christmas sweaters, lava lamps, incense, and so much more!

Very few stores I actually want to go in, for my tastes in products. The malls fine, no issues. There's just nothing to do but walk around and not shop at stores I don't care about. Also, the BBQ place is the worst BBQ I've ever had. Sorry, not sorry.

It's a fun place to hang with friends or just go shopping. There's a nice place to get eyebrows done and a fun jump thing for kids. Some stores are closed but overall it's a nice place with some small town charm. Good place to get clothes and shoes or have a girls day.

Not a regular shopper here. I live an hour away. However I did have a nice experience shopping here for Christmas gifts. Found everything I needed.

Visiting this mall nearby was spectacular. My favorite part of this mall was the free games by the JPenny and the two pianos. This mall is kept well-clean and great stores!

Honestly it’s so nice to still have a mall around and walking around and window shop! There aren’t as many shops as there used to be but still so fun.

The mall is a shell with Penny's as their main Anchor. The retail mix is a joke and the food court is dirty and very disappointing to say the least! In the next 5 years will it be still there,only time will tell so it's wait and see! It is amazing to me that they are renting space to new tenets at make me an offer and if we like it we will accept! I assume flat rent without triple net and month to month. In business you can fill vacant space if you give it away a far cry when Simon Properties owned the center isn't it. Grand Prairie did the same thing as businesses failed with high rent and Cam charges. It is amazing there is a sliding scale for tents if you are tied into a leave with Cam and overages you are out of luck while your neighbor is paying a fraction of what you are paying. This Business Model fails everyou get time! Malls are Dinosaurs simple as that. Then include the safety factory in the Mall and on the way to your car especially at night. Limited Mall hours and you get the picture. Reality has set in regarding commercial rental space in Peoria,no more triple net leases. When you rent a home in Peoria the renter never ever pays the real estate taxes,insurance,snow removal,etc. Why should a renter pay in a commercial space,Never More. Flat Rent if the Landlord does not like it tough,it's today Baby there is more vacant space in Peoria then ever before everywhere but Westlake. Renters stand tough you are in the Driver's Seat and don't you think it's about time people the party is over so tell the Landlord how much you are willing to pay and for how long on your terms enjoy your new freedom you have earned it!

I visited the mall for the first time in about 10 years and came to see QuadCon Comics and Toys. It was better than I thought. Lots of vendors in the empty parts of the mall. Lots of people wandering about. Kinda like the old days.
