I love this place and will definitely visit again. They all have great customer service and was willing to assist. I got a deep tissue massage and my therapist Andy was amazing! He was very professional and attentive. I felt so relaxed after my massage. Make sure you book with Andy for any massage services.

I have the monthly membership, I come see Davis I originally would come in for Swedish massage which he is super amazing at! one of the best massages I’ve ever gotten, very thorough. Once I got pregnant I thought I wouldn’t be able to come anymore but thankfully he also offers pre natal massages and it’s been great especially during the end of my pregnancy with all the pains! it’s helped so much, definitely recommend 🙂

Lazro was amazing, the perfect amount of pressure for what I requested. He was able to feel out specific areas I was tense in and work on that area. Also, Echo at the front desk is the most personable and welcoming person, every business needs one of her. Can’t wait to schedule my next appointment.

I have been coming here for years and it’s always an amazing experience at a great value. Just had a massage from a new therapist Andy and he was fantastic. Highly recommend this massage location to anyone looking for a decent massage!

I had a deeply disappointing experience at Massage Luxe downtown Miami. They were dishonest about their policies, relying on unwritten internal rules instead of honoring clear contractual terms. Despite cancelling my subscription before it renewed, I was still charged and just previously to this was forced to pay additional fees to access over 15 hours of services I had already earned. As someone who travels frequently, I find this practice exploitative.

To make matters worse, staff taunted me over text about their policies, refused to provide their names, and declined to share corporate contact information. Their dismissive and unprofessional attitude reflects a complete lack of integrity in customer service. I cannot recommend this business to anyone looking for honest and respectful treatment.

My back was in pain, so stress it was an emergency I called and they had availability for me on the same day, blessed! everyone was so nice and the first machine and Susan massaging was amazing!. They saved my life ? I feel like new. Way better. And walked out with a lot of professional advices and for sure coming back because I already book the family membership! Thanks

I was recently in as part of a couples massage. Already dealing for literally MONTHS with a shoulder issue including PT, Cortisone shot, bla bla bla with little to no results and leaving my wallet drained! I sincerely didn't expect the massage therapist to be able to do anything about it. I was totally WRONG!! To my surprise Joseph was able to hone in on the issue and really made my shoulder feel better. While still not 100% there has been a SIGNIFICANT improvement in my shoulder mobility and strength! Needless to say I would recommend Joseph to anyone who will listen! I signed up for the membership and def plan to see Joseph again. THANK YOU!
