Growing up connecting with the religion was difficult because all the programs at my local mosque were in Arabic. A blessing to have this center that caters to English speaking Muslim youth and has so many programs for different age groups and gender specific programs to build brother and sisterhood.

First time visiting the center and people treated me very nicely. I came to volunteer for an Islamic Relief event. It’s quite a big center. It has a lot of bathrooms. I saw even a huge kitchen and there’s a small elevator that’s working. They got a/c that is a wonderful thing! ? The prayer area is a decent size and I’m assuming the large area we gathered in could be used for gatherings or weddings too. I saw classes being held. The masjid seems very active.

We been coming here for years . I’ve realized it’s becoming more about money. There’s no respect for this center where they mix parties and salah together. I’m lost if it’s a house of worship or dancing . I have been in USA for more then 40 years, I have never seen a Temples, churches, and synagogues having parties in them. All they care for is collecting money. They don’t organize anything no hard work at all. Only person I respect is the cleaning lady she keeps it very clean.

MAS center is indeed the best mosque on the bath Ave. It is big and has a lift for elderly and disabled people who have difficulty climbing stairs. This place is a great place for young Muslim gatherings where they interact and spend quality time with each other as well as learn Islam.

Please ask the lady in the front to mind her BUSINESS
I went to the masjid for duhr prayer when i just get in i saw a lady in the basement there was a wedding do i thought that it reserved and salat will be in the first or second floor. So i was about to get the stairs a gentleman was right there nd he said are you here for salat or the wedding i said salat than she weirdly jumped and said everyone going upstairs means that he didn’t attend salat since Ramadan
NB: the mosque is very close to me and I’m always there whenever i get a chance to pray in jamaa
Her words hurts my feelings and I’m writing this review from the masjid and I’ll never forgive her
Also she’s lucky because my daddy was with me if not ….

Coming to mosque to do pray to meet god and be focus only in salat but in MAS Brooklyn i saw the center become kind of busniss and invest every single night in ramadan we spend half of time to ask donnation or fandriser other think who responsible in the center they don’t make all payer with us they cone only to ask donations anyways for me i stop going to MAs
