Expérience sympa et relaxante, une heure pour quelqu’un d’actif c’est peut-être un peux trop.
L’endroit est très propre et propose tout ce qu’il faut, gel douche, shampoing, après shampoing, coton tiges, sèches cheveux etc. La date de l’accueil est très douce et calme et le petit thé de bien venue est très agréable également.
Attention à vraiment bien bien vous rincer le corps et surtout les cheveux, malgré ça il me restait encore pas mal de sel à certains endroits du corps et notamment les cheveux je ne m’en suis rendus compte que quelques temps après être sortit quand ils ont complément séché, ça m’a un peux gâcher le reste de la journée.

I have been here many times and will definitely keep coming back. Very friendly and helpful staff and a very clean establishment. The place is small but very nice and efficiently arranged. Another big plus is the location, it is right in the centre of Amsterdam, and close to the train station. I highly recommend this place!

It’s an interesting experience. However for me was a bit too long 60 min. It’s a floating session in salty water. If you have any open wound, it’s better to wait , heal it and than come. High concentration of the salt will bring you pain. Before and after session you have you take a shower and you can use many items there to dry your hair or clean your make up. If you don’t like small spaces this is not for you . You can always regulate music, light & air. I feel relaxed and maybe for me suit me better 30 mins session.

Heerlijk dobberen in warm bad...niet voor mensen met fobie voor kleine ruimtes...
Vriendelijk en 'zen' ontvangen in wachtruimte ( we waren iets te vroeg). Daarna uitleg over hoe het e.e.a. ging en meegenomen naar een eigen ruimte met douche,'cocon' en handdoek. Alles is zelf te regelen qua muziek,lucht en licht. Heerlijk genoten in het warme bad, tijd vloog om. Daarna via de intercom in het bad zachtjes opgeroepen om de sessie te beëindigen. In aparte ruimte föhn,wasbak,toilet en toiletartikelen voor je haar aanwezig. Geen moment opgejaagd gevoeld. Ook na afloop kan je rustig kop thee drinken, no hurry! Ik vond het heerlijk ontspannend,kon me goed overgeven aan de ' flow' en voelde me prettig. Ze geven ook diverse soorten massages. Dat had mijn dochter gedaan en ze vond het fijn, omdat háár wensen centraal stonden. Kortom, voor beiden een fantastische ervaring!

This place is beautifully designed with minimal Japanese vibe decor and ultra clean equipment. I was already a convert to floating having tried a couple of sessions more than 2 years ago. I'd been meaning to try again and recently, after a very stressful week I treated myself to a session.

Overall the session was as restorative as I hoped and I came out feeling 'floaty' and have been chilled ever since. So that's all that really matters. However;

I was a little disappointed that this time, I received zero introduction or reminder what to do. I was simply shown the room in the most minimal way, just 'here is the room, it is ready'. I am fairly sure this is because the host could see from records I had been before, but since it was a long time ago I am surprised she did not offer a chance to be reminded the various protocols like 'the intercom / the airflow / the lights / the earplugs ' etc.

I also questioned why the towels laid out looked like they had already been used because I could see footprints on them. She said 'it's just probably my trainers'. Well, ok I am not a super hygienic obsessed person so I accepted this but when I think about it, it was a little meh. It would not be hard to lay the towels down without stepping on them after?

I don't wish to complain because I love this place and perhaps this is entirely normal. Overall I highly recommend it. It fixes your aches and pains in way even a massage can not.
