I went in for a wash and blowout and wowowow my hair came out so beautiful and so shiny!!! Courtney did my hair and she was amazing start to finish!! Definitely recommend choosing her as your stylist :)) the salon itself was beautiful and everyone was extremely welcoming. Great experience thank youu!! Recommend 1000%

I saw Kassandra July 30 at this salon and loved my cut. The experience was wonderful and she was so sweet. I had my first “curly cut” and loved the outcome.
The issue came when the following day, the salon called to tell me that the two appointments I made for my daughter and I to return to see her would have to be with another stylist as she had left the salon. I declined to switch stylists, cancelling my appointments, and thought that was the end.
Fast forward to yesterday, September 27, and I am getting a call from the salon wondering where I am for my appointments, and a charge on my credit card as well! I called back as soon as I saw the message and the receptionist quite rudely just kept insisting I was on the schedule and would be charged. Outrageous.
I had not a single email or call in the days or weeks before to confirm this imaginary appointment with a stylist I’ve never met/heard of. Nothing. Just a sudden where are you and a $72 charge to my credit card.
I am beyond outraged and will never return to this salon. What an awful way to treat your customers.

Amazing place! Super nice and very clean. The whole staff was super cool and friendly. Very easy to talk to, almost like your talking to your friends! Lalli did an amazing job on cutting my curly hair! (Courtney helped too). I will come to this place for whatever I need for my hair in the future! Prices are very reasonable too! The customer service is amazing! I went here a couple months ago to get a “curly cut” but I don’t think their stylist really knows much about curly hair which is a little disappointing because the curly service is way more expensive for nothing really. The way my hair was styled wasn’t proper for my curl type and the haircut never really worked for my curl pattern, I went to a black-owned salon and there was a huge difference in my hair and a lot cheaper too. I wouldn’t recommend this salon if you’re a beginner looking to get your curly hair fixed…

ELENA is your girl! From the moment I walked into this chic-industrial styled salon until I left, I was blown away. Elena listened to what I was hoping for in a color/highlight and it came out better than I could have hoped. So professional but also like you are talking to your best friend. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Elena and Uniqo Salon. They will have you walking out feeling like a million dollars and ready to conquer whatever's next.
