Visited Downtown Massage this weekend and feeling awesome! I read some questionable reviews and had second thoughts. None of the negativity I read about was present. The atmosphere was very nice. Very relaxing, good temperature and quite beautiful! The table was comfortable and the masseuse was very experienced. My lower back pain is completely gone and the stiffness in my neck is considerably better. Neither area has ever responded to massage like this time. Scheduling was super simple and I got scheduled same day. The pricing was the same that I'd found everywhere else downtown. Thanks for a wonderful experience, I will definitely return!

Awesome experience!! Visited Downtown Massage today and I feel like a million bucks! My masseuse was extremely knowledgable and very strong. She also gave me some stretching/exercise techniques to use at home to keep my range of motion and stay pain free. Can't wait to try em! The facility was beautiful and relaxing. I will definitely be visiting again. Oh, I was able to get in the same day too! Give them a call!

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is terrible. I was told to call to be let in the building for prepaid massages for me and my husband because it was Sunday. No one answered and there was a message in Spanish (my husband is bilingual) saying the number was no longer in service. Thankfully security let us in the building and the owner of the building, not the business, had a working number for the “manager” of the massage business. She came downstairs and looked like she was strung out. Pretty sure this is a happy ending kind of establishment. She refused to give us a refund when we said we weren’t comfortable. Told her I’d refuse payment through my credit card and she said “do what you have to do.” She claimed she’d pass our concerns onto the owners but refused to give us their names or contact info. About the bad number, she said she has two phones and accidentally dropped one in the toilet and had no idea the business phone (likely a burner) wasn’t working properly. I’ll be making a report to the BBB as well.

2/3/21i called to make reservations for my wife’s valentine and birthday combo. No one answered but did text me. I refused to give my cc number via text so she calls me. I tell her I want the Valentine’s Day special couples massage. She stated the price is $199.00. The website indicated a price of $159.00. Being the nice guy I am, I told her I would meet in the middle and I’d be happy to pay $179.00 for what sounded like a great deal for the two of us. We set the appointment up for 2/20/21 at 5:00 pm. Now we drive over two hours to get to Indy finally find the place only to be let in by a gentleman walking out of the building. I called with again no answer. Then I text the number and she didn’t have our appointment down. She said make other plans and show her the receipt. I screen shot the receipt and text to them. I found they were on the 6th floor where no one was around. She text back and said she’d make it right and to tell the misses she’s sorry she messed up. So I told her to forget it, I’d call my cc company and get my money back. I would NOT recommend this place. Updated 3/7/21: I can say with all honesty they said they would make it right and they did by crediting my credit card for the amount paid.

I visited Downtown Massage again last week, never had less than an excellent experience there. And the deep tissue therapy seems to last me considerably longer than it does from other places. I've seen a few different masseuses and with very little direction, they've always done a thoroughly fantastic job. It's a small, personable place, and yet they always get me in the same day. No real pics on the website, but it's a very clean, elegant and tranquil atmosphere. If you haven't been, go!! You won't regret it!!

Worse couples massage EVER! The room smelled like cigarette smoke, my husbands massage was painful, mine was pretty mediocre and I don’t think they’re licensed. The atmosphere was pretty skeptical. You have to call to let someone know you’re there and wait until they come down the elevator about 8 or 9 floors. The elevator was soooo old. Building had to be built in the early 1950s. It seemed more like they’re renting out a small room that’s nothing like a spa. The massage tables and covering were really dated and funky, and they’re extremely overpriced! When we checked out there was no cash register, they walked us to the elevator and pulled out their phone and a credit card swiper. Parking is horrible off the street so if you do decide to go, feed the meteor! I would never return here for a couples massage. For $265 it definitely wasn’t worth it. In fact, I get upset every time I think about how much we paid instead of getting up and walking out. The only good thing was was that they were nice. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

My boyfriend called and scheduled and appointment and spoke with the owner to set a couples massage for V-day. We based our whole day around the appointment. When we got to the location the owner did not answer our calls, dms via Instagram, nor did they arrive to our session. Very disappointing experience and would not recommend anyone booking. Don’t even chance it.
