I received excellent medical attention from the doctor. He diagnosed viral conjunctivitis. The doctor explained everything that I understood well his explanation. He indicated medicated eye drops and to follow up, if necessary. The eye drops effectiveness was soothing and in a couple of days, I felt much better and then healed completely. The staff is friendly and professional.

I wasn’t going to write this review, but CityMD wasted my time with their incredibly poor billing practices. I went in with a sprained knee and was sent to a different location for an X-ray because they didn’t have the equipment or a radiologist at the initial office. The doctor reassured me there would be no extra fee and that everything would count as the same visit. Fast forward, I was billed for two visits.

I had to call their billing department, explain the situation, and was told not to worry—that the bill would be handled. But a year later (yes, a YEAR!), I received the bill again for the second visit. Now I’m forced to go through hoops all over again to fix this unnecessary headache.

Their service was useless in the end—I had to seek treatment elsewhere because their care didn’t help me. So it’s been a waste of time, a waste of money, and then a waste of time again dealing with their billing mess. I should have gone straight to a specialist or the ER to handle the sprain in one visit.

Never again will I use their services.

Briana the front desk is kind and helped with the check in process . Dr.Ramzan was also very nice and kind and helpful . The team has good contact and support , they deal with patients in a good way.

Had a good experience which is important when going into an emergency situation and need to have competent medical attention. Highly recommend visiting if you cannot get to a family doctor or provider quickly and need care now.

Amazing! My fianceé twisted her ankle while we were walking around and we were seen so quick! Xray readings were quick and we were in and out in 30. Everyone was very personable and nice and it was a very clean and spacious clinic. A million “thank yous” to the CityMD urgent care in the Financial District.

Location is convenient, but the wait time is excessive. I always interact with folks that are not qualified. For example, The nurse was trying to take a sample using the wrong tool. She was stopped by the other person that was in the room who wasn’t a doctor either

Do not recommend! Avoid this place. They do not honor appointment times and run behind significantly. As the receptionist noted to me, they are chronically understaffed and often do not know this information until the last minute.

Beware: long wait times at this location. Each time I’ve come, I’ve waited about 50 minutes before getting called even though the waiting room was wasn’t full. You are better off going to another location if you don’t have a lot of time.
