Heb me al op vele verschillende plekken laten masseren, maar ben nog niet eerder zo fijn & goed gemasseerd. Was wat te laat waarvoor ik me verontschuldigde, maar gelukkig was het op dat moment niet druk zeiden ze. Mooi, stijlvol ingericht, goede & attente masseuse en fijne rustige sfeer. Kortom hele goede eerste ervaring hier gehad samen met mijn dochter en we komen graag terug?

Very good treatment. I had the 1h thai full-body massage with oil. It was right to the point and only a little painful (some of my upper back stress points ?). Welcoming and friendly staff. The massage booth is a bit narrow. Many thanks for the wonderful treatment ?

I had a disappointing experience here.
I paid €75 for a 1-hour deep tissue massage, but it didn’t even last the full hour, and the technique wasn’t what I expected. The massage itself didn’t feel like deep tissue at all—it was more like an oil rub with very light pressure. The therapist didn’t seem focused, and it felt like she was just going through the motions to fill the time and finish up quickly.

On top of that, I went in at 16:45, and after changing, the massage probably started around 16:50. When it ended, I checked the time—it was only 17:40. That’s barely 50 minutes, not the full hour I paid for.

When I raised these issues with the front desk, they didn’t seem to care. The lady at the counter called over the massage therapist, who argued that she “started early” and was just finishing on time. I disagreed, but they weren’t interested in listening or fixing the problem.

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all! I’ve been to this massage place at least 4 times, and each time, my experience just gets worse. I’ll never go here again.

Avoid them—your money and time aren’t worth it at this Thai massage place.

Ik ben altijd hier voor jaren. En ik ben vandaag geweest de massage is top. Alleen er is nieuw regel van de eigenaar dat de loyalty card telt alleen als je contant betalen! Ik vind het RAAR.

I have frequented Cheeva Thai Spa on multiple occasions for massages booked through ClassPass. The staff at the spa consistently displays a high level of friendliness, making each visit a pleasant experience. I always leave the premises feeling deeply relaxed, a testament to the skill and expertise of the massage therapists. A notable touch of elegance is the provision of refreshing beverages and fruits at the conclusion of the massage, adding a delightful touch to the overall experience.

Today, I encountered a scheduling mishap when I mistakenly believed my appointment was scheduled for 3 PM instead of 2 PM. When I promptly contacted Cheeva Thai Spa to inform them of my error, they went above and beyond to assist me in rescheduling my appointment, demonstrating their commitment to exceptional customer service. Their willingness to accommodate my mistake without any hesitation was truly commendable.

Based on my experiences, I wholeheartedly recommend Cheeva Thai Spa for their outstanding service!

Wow, i had a lot of massages in my life but this was the best! I had 90 mins Swedish massage, super relaxing and as a surprise I even got a juice and fruits at the end. Perfect from start to end! I will come back AND recommend the place to my dutch friends.

Mij als vaste klant zijn ze kwijt. Ik had om 16.15 een massage geboekt. Ik kwam iets eerder zodat ze om 16.15 kon beginnen. Voor de start vroeg ze hoelang ik had geboekt. Ik gaf aan 1 uur te hebben geboekt ook gaf aan last te hebben van mijn schouders en nek. Tijdens de massage kwam er een man binnen half in de deur opening staan en hielden ze een gesprek(ik ben zelf een vrouw dus vond dit al niet prettig) erg onbeleefd want je komt hier voor je rust en hoef geen podcast te horen. Maar goed ze ging verder en opeens zei ze om 16:55 klaar. Ik zei dat ik een uur had geboekt vanaf 16.15 ze liep naar de balie om dit te verifiëren. Sowieso raar want je weet toch hoelaat je start? Maar goed toen ging ze weer verder, voelde erg gehaast en je bent niet meer ontspannen. Ze besteedde ook maar 10/15 minuten aan mijn rug en grotedeels kneden aan me lichaam op de handdoek en heb ik niet het gevoel dat ik nou ontspannen en met minder pijn de deur uit ben gelopen. Na de massage vroeg de balie medewerkster ook niet hoe het was en zat samen met de masseuse op hun telefoon totaal niet geïnteresseerd naar hun klanten. Geen excuses voor het eerdere onderbreken van de massage. Ik ben dit zo niet gewend van deze salon maar ik kom echt niet meer terug. Voelt echt als weggegooid geld heel jammer.
