I love love love Dr. Wendy Parnell. Very calm and inviting personality and she has made me feel at ease my pregnancy care experience extremely pleasant. You can tell she cares about her patients. Her office staff is friendly, and they are always on time with appointments.

Wendy Parnell- Can’t imagine she could provide worse care if she tried. In our first pregnancy she left my wife bleeding out in the waiting room for hours on a Friday until the office closed. She then got us into an exam room to tell us at 12 weeks we had a miscarriage. We then went home for more hours of excruciating pain and bleeding while my wife was waiting for medicine to be approved by Parnell
Parnell was my wife’s regular OB and my wife for some reason gave Parnell the benefit of doubt and returned to parnells care for our second pregnancy.
During your pregnancy you will have appointments with each doctor in the practice as a chance to meet them all. At 37 weeks doctor parnell FORGOT to start my wife on very important meds then blamed it on the other doctor that we had seen the previous appointment.
We switched doctors and practices at 37 week and had an amazing experience after leaving Parnells care. You are not in good hands under in doctor parnells care!!!
To doctor Parnell- I wish you the worst!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Rachel Gunderson and her team! Dr. Gunderson delivered my daughter, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. She made me feel comfortable, informed, and truly cared for during the entire process.
I also had a bilateral salpingectomy, and thanks to her skill and care, my recovery was quick and smooth. Her staff was equally fantastic—helpful, attentive, and compassionate. If you’re looking for an OB-GYN who truly goes above and beyond, Dr. Gunderson is the one. Highly recommend!

Truly love love Dr. Rachel Gunderson and her nurse Monica! I have been seeing her since I was a teenage and through my first pregnancy now on my second and honestly I recommend her ever single time to any of my friends or family members. They are truly so caring and amazing she always take the time to sit down have a talk to answer any concerns or questions before going into any exams or checkups and overall is super reassuring and amazing I can’t not express how much I love my obgyn for all the care and attention she provides. If I could rate this any higher I would.

If you are hispanic do not come here!! My mother thinks this hospital sold her uterus to Baylor hospital because they are doing uterus transplants.

A doctor with more than 40 years of experience but does not know how to diagnosed endometriosis. I am 100% sure he knew my mother didn't have endometriosis but he saw the adhesions from the only c-section he did 3 years ago and instead of saving her uterus he removed it. ?

WE AS A FAMILY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WHO HAS DESTROYED OUR FAMILY BECAUSE OF THIS SURGERY ?

Stop removing uterus due to adhesions after a two year cesarean!

If there were a -0 star rating i would pick that .This is an very unpleasant experience with my mom she is devastated because they told she had a endometriosis and a tumor and that she had to get a hysterectomy done. They only care about money! Not about her well-being! my mom hasn't been herself she is so scared and they just destroyed her. My mom cries mostly all day, all she wants is to be herself again ? ? I love my mom but I don't like to see her like this because of this bad doctor.

*WARNING TO WOMEN* They will try to convince you to get a Hysterectomy in order to make more $$$. My wife trusted them and was misdiagnosed. He lied about prescribing her medication that according to him didn't help my wife. He NEVER prescribed any medications yet he wrote that in the medical records which we later found out were full of many other lies.
We also later found out they tried to convince another relative that she had fibroids. That relative went somewhere else and was told she did not have fibroids. He also told me that the fibroids could contain cancerous tumors. I believe they know that if they mention CANCER the patient will agree to get the hysterectomy. This is how they use Cancer as a scare tactic. After the hysterectomy he did not follow up or give any options in regards to hormone replacement therapy. He simply made his money and retired. I know this misdiagnosis was done to get more money out of the insurance company. This surgery caused my wife so much undeserved pain stress and emotional suffering. She hasn't been the same since BUT She WILL recover with God's help and everyone at this location who scares women into unwanted or unesecarry surgeries will have to answer to GOD at one point or another. Make your money now but God will punish everyone in the end and everyone gets what they deserve. Your money will not protect you from Karma or God's judgment.

Please go somewhere else and DO NOT TRUST THEIR DIAGNOSIS.

This office has set a new standard for me with any medical provider. My visit was very quick: by the time I whipped my phone out to read emails, my name was being called to be seen. Every single staff person was just WONDERFUL. The office itself is clean and pleasant. Dr. Pompey treated me like I was her only patient. She took so much time discussing my health, concerns and a plan for the future.
My ONLY suggestions: hats in the RR for urine samples and disinfecting wipes for the toilet. The bathroom was clean, I just need to wipe the seat before I sit.

Dr. Parnell loves giving hysterectomies even when they are not necessary. Pain and nonstop suffering comes with a hysterectomy, and he knows it.

His team, Carolyn Morris RDMS, and Rebecca Woodard are so dishonest that they are there to only collect a check.
