Look the staff here is amazing at what they do. Yes it takes a long time to get in and donate and everything. I would rate 5 stars but they need more people in there. There are way too much traffic coming in and out of there for the staff they got. BioLife find more staff or don’t schedule as many people per hr. Today I got there at 9:45am and left at 1pm.

Not sure why they require you to have a scheduled appointment. Expect to be there min. 2 hours.
The worse experience was:
I've waited up to an hour to get on a bed. Then, wait half an hour to be hooked up. 40min. for the draw. Then, I waited half an hour to be unhooked.
The quickest I've been in and out has hour and half.

Decent pay but you basically need to be unemployed to come here because you will spend the amount of time you’d spend on a part time job shift waiting for a bed. Either severely understaffed or management does not understand their own volume times. Only two bays open with 14+ people waiting and they move very slow. You’ll also spend an additional 30 minutes waiting to be hooked up to a bed. So if you come here you better be struggling because you can’t do this really quick for some extra money, it basically has to be your only source of income

My 1st time at BioLife so I figured I'd be there all day like other plasma places. But I was wrong....Great friendly and helpful staff. The entire process including a physical was only an hour and a half. I love making appointments for future donations so the place is never to crowded. My second donation was 30 minutes including my vitals and computer questions. Thank u. U are a great staff.

Fantastic staff, but whoever makes their schedule should consider a new profession. The workers were clearly understaffed and overwhelmed today (Wednesday Nov 20th 2024). Wasn't an issue when I was here over the weekend, but someone really bungled on the scheduling. Still, the staff was friendly and professional despite the circumstances (bungled scheduling).

Staff are nothing but liars, they defer people for no valid reasons and when asked they come up with lies and create issues. I will be taking legal action for defamation of character. I have seen security do absolutely nothing to assure safety, playing on their cellphone all shift, I've seen staff talk about others when they leave, sharing hippa protected information, this center needs to be looked at with all the issues and lies. Gloves are not changed as they should, many many issues!

It's up an down. The staff can be really nice or super rude. And act like they hate their job. But I do like the new donor coupons and the appointments. And the speed you can get in and out is a great thing too.
