I recently visited this massage center and had a mixed experience. While the atmosphere was relaxing and well-maintained, which I truly appreciated, the overall service left something to be desired. The massage therapist who attended to me was not listed on the website, which was unexpected. Unfortunately, the quality of the massage did not feel professional — it lacked technique and consistency, and I didn’t experience the relief or comfort I was hoping for. This place has potential given its calming environment, but I would recommend more transparency regarding the staff and perhaps more training to ensure a consistently professional standard.

Despite booking an appointment and clarifying expectations, I had a truly horrendous experience. I requested a massage price and time slot and they confirmed the charge and time via telephone and it tallied with the prices online. As soon as I dropped to visit, I was made to wait more than 30 mins from the agreed upon appointment time. Then the masseuse asked for cash up front, which is strange even in Berlin. Once she received the money, she handed me some change and then mentioned that the massage wouldn’t be strong and I said okay as I was sore myself that day. But to my surprise, she applied absolutely no effort or force, it was almost as if she were just trying to avoid the massage and then when I requested a bit more force, the lady got upset, raised her voice and demanded more money. When I inquired why the extra cash wasn’t communicated earlier, she asked me to leave and I am glad I did. Hands down the worst massage parlor in all of Berlin. I’ve never seen such pathetic service.

Not recommended – overpriced and disappointing I had a very disappointing experience at this Thai massage parlour. The massage was mediocre at best, given by a grumpy older lady who kept shouting across the room to her colleagues. The place felt worn down, had an unpleasant smell, and was anything but relaxing with the constant ringing of the doorbell and loud conversations from other guests. On top of that, the prices are very high for the quality of service provided—definitely bad value for money. I would not recommend this place.

Thank you Emmy! one of the best massages i've ever had! she has a great deal of experience and definitely knows what she's doing. The salon very clean and good location. Definitely go back again.
