If you are contemplating a service here, please read the negative reviews for a better/more accurate depiction of recent service, as well as their unprofessional approach to customer service. I had been a previous regular hair client, and had returned this year after a 4 year hiatus, and the quality of service is vastly different. The first red flag is that the salon was EMPTY (as it should be). I went to get my hair highlighted for my wedding, and asked for a light brown balayage as someone with medium auburn hair, and I received ashy cream streaks on top of my auburn hair with no blending. I wore a baseball hat to hide my hair until I got it fixed. See inspo photo, end results, and finally a picture of the fixed work at another salon that is actually what I asked for. I should never have been let to leave the chair with what my hair looked like. Most importantly, their customer service is atrocious. I never complain, and have never given feedback on my hair, but felt it was important for the business to know what a poor job was done, and included pictures, and their response was that they had spoken to the hair dresser who said that the end results matched my inspo photos and that was that. I was spoken down to and disregarded, which by other reviews, seems to be the basis of their customer service policy. I would be embarrassed to deliver this work, and to own a business that stands on such poor customer service practices. I hope that you learn to hold your employees accountable, and treat customers more kindly - simply do better. Moral of the story: do not support this business.

Vivid is hands down my go to place for any and all beauty needs! You can get anything you need done all in one. I get my hair done by Kasey who’s incredible, always making my hair goals come true. Sarah is the best for injections, she really knows her stuff and personalizes all treatments to what’s best for my face. I’ve tried a number of other services and never been disappointed with the quality and kindness of every girl there. Do yourself a favor and book at vivid and soon enough you’ll be a part of the family too ?

My new favorite place, I have been there twice and they have treated me very well, the facials are the best and the products that they sell for the face are also of excellent quality. I was able to easily schedule my appointment through Instagram or by calling, they are very kind and although the first time I felt that they did not have much time to talk to me about the prices because there were many people at the front desk waiting, the second time I went I had all the time to solve doubts and choose the best plan for my facials or future treatments.

Kasey is a true inspiration when it comes to what a Master Hair Stylist should be, look at the BEFORE and AFTER pictures of my daughters hair. Outstanding ? Kasey refreshed my extensions and I was ready for the night!
