We had been having trouble with our furnace in the winter of 2020/2021. The heater was turning off and was not restarting. The house was built in 2009, and the furnace was original to the house. They sent a man who they said was fairly new to the company, and he said that he had cleaned off some elements. We were told that the furnace was good to go. A couple of weeks later, the furnace started to have the same issues. We called. They sent out the same guy. He said he couldn't find a problem. They sent out a more experienced person who said that he thought all of our ventilation needed replacing and was inadequate for our furnace and that we should consider replacing our furnace. We were being quoted very high prices. Their explanation didn't make sense as we had lived in the house for several years and having inadequate ventilation ducts was obviously not the issue. We called another service. He came out and cleaned our elements again which he said were very dirty. He also changed the batteries in our thermostat which had corroded. The furnace has been fine ever since. I felt like CE plumbing was just trying to make money off of us without fixing our problem. 4/24/23

When our A/C stopped blowing cold air, we needed it fixed quick. I called C&E on a Friday morning and they were at our house before lunch. The technicians quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part replaced and our house was cool again before the higher temps in the afternoon. Although maybe not as well known as DeHart or other large operations in town, these guys are great. They fixed the problem the right way and for a reasonable price. They were friendly and very professional. I highly recommend them! ?
